SMA’s approach to coaching is about building a partnership based on a fundamental understanding of what drives behavior and performance of individuals, teams and organizations to improve Emotional Intelligence, navigate and work within systems, develop the ability to actively listen, and practice mindful reflection. The coaching process will unlock you, or team’s potential beyond perceived limits to maximize your performance at work and in life, however that is defined.
The foundation of us working with you is a confidential relationship between you and your coach, where trust, respect, and a mutual understanding is built. You are both in a dance with the learnings and insights that emerge from this relationship to fulfil on your goals, intentions and aspirations.
All coaching engagements are tailored to specific needs, learning and planning style preferences with a wide range of readings, reflections, experiential exercises and in-between session assignments.
We work with a cross section of Senior and emerging Leaders, as well as specializing in supporting Women, and Women of Color Leaders.
